Robin Tapuch

Partner

With over 40 years’ experience in many aspects of business administration and management, Robin has been fortunate enough to gain a mountain of knowledge regarding all the aspects of managing both small and medium size enterprises.

Having consulted and providing outsource services to Samsung SA (a solely owned international subsidiary) for 5 years, Robin also served as a director on the board of Noristan Pharmaceuticals in the early 80’s and most recently was the financial director of a coal mining and marketing company for 5 years.

Robin’s knowledge and experience embraces most aspects of good business practice, and his advice and expertise are an asset to any company needing guidance and valuable resources.

Izelda van den Heerden

Partner

Having graduated in 2005 and obtaining her BCom degree in Financial Management, Izelda furthered her studies by obtaining a diploma in higher education the following year.

She worked as a junior accountant from 2007 till 2011 after which she obtained a position as a senior accountant at Taropa Technologies where she was employed until 2020. She gained huge experience, not only as an accountant but also as a systems integrator, having managed and implemented the integration of SAGE Evolution and BPO ERP/CRM. Her vast experience includes system development, system integration and report writing.

She is fully versed in the operation and functioning of SAGE One, SAGE Partner, SAGE Evolution, XERO Accounting, BPO ERP/CRM, Palladium Accounting (all versions) and has broad knowledge and experience with VIP Payroll as well as Palladium and SAGE payroll systems. She has also managed all the statutory requirements and contributions of companies.

Her knowledge and experience in providing user training on all the software applications is an invaluable asset to TvdHA.

Administration

Anne has vast experience in office administration attained in the corporate environment whilst working for companies such as Panasonic and Home of Living Brands over the last 30 years. She headed up the Communications Department whilst employed by PanSolutions (previously Panasonic) for a number of years. She also gained experience in the Human Resource department whilst working for Panasonic.

Well versed in all the MS365 applications, Anne prides herself in her attention to detail and manages the administrative and communication functions of the company. Her skills are an invaluable resource at TvdHA.
